Introductory Flight
An introductory flight is the perfect way to experience the thrill of flying. You will fly in a Cessna 172 with one of our experienced flight instructors, and you will actually get to take the controls during the flight.
Introductory Flight Details
- Duration: 15-20 minutes of flight time
- Aircraft: Cessna 172
- Price: $175 + HST
- Passengers: 1 passenger may accompany
- Photos: Feel free to bring a camera
- Availability: Weather permitting, year-round
During your introductory flight, your instructor will brief you on the aircraft, explain the instruments, and guide you through taxiing, takeoff, and basic manoeuvres. You will fly over the scenic Caledon countryside and get a taste of what it is like to be a pilot.

How to Book
To book an introductory flight, simply call us at 905-838-1400 ext 0. Introductory flights are available year-round, weather permitting. We recommend booking at least a few days in advance, especially during the busy spring and summer months.
Gift Cards
An introductory flight makes an excellent gift for birthdays, holidays, or any special occasion. BFC gift cards are available for introductory flights and can be purchased by calling 905-838-1400 ext 214.
Gift cards can be mailed to you or picked up at the front desk. They are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
