Brampton-Caledon Airport offers a range of hangar and tie-down options for aircraft owners looking to base their aircraft at CNC3. The airport is home to over 200 privately owned aircraft housed in 162 hangars, approximately 75% of which are privately owned. All tenants must maintain a current Brampton Flying Club membership.

What's Included
Tie-Down
- Designated parking spot on paved or grass surface
- Tie-down chains and anchors provided
- Access to the airport taxi system
- Use of airport facilities including restaurant and pilot lounge
Hangar
- Enclosed hangar space for weather protection
- Security and controlled access
- Electrical service available
- Year-round protection from ice, snow, and sun
Private Hangars
Private hangars periodically become available for rent or sale at the airport. These hangars are individually owned and offer additional privacy and flexibility for aircraft storage. Availability varies, so please contact the Airport Administrator for current listings.
Membership Required
All hangar and tie-down tenants must maintain a current Brampton Flying Club membership. Annual membership is $210 plus HST.
