Application Fee

The application fee is payable at the time of application submission and is non-refundable. This fee covers the cost of processing your application, including document review and interview scheduling.
Required Documents
Please prepare the following documents before submitting your application:
- Completed BFC application form
- Official high school transcripts (or equivalent)
- Copy of Category 1 Aviation Medical Certificate
- Copy of valid government-issued photo identification (passport preferred)
- Proof of Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid study permit
- IELTS or equivalent English proficiency test results (if applicable)
- Two letters of reference (academic or professional)
- Passport-sized photograph
- Application fee payment
International applicants may be required to provide additional documentation. Contact admissions for details.
Application Process
Research & Prepare
Review the program details, admission requirements, and curriculum for your chosen program (IATPL or College Program). Ensure you meet all eligibility criteria.
Obtain Your Medical
Book an appointment with a Civil Aviation Medical Examiner (CAME) to obtain your Category 1 aviation medical certificate. It is strongly recommended to do this before applying.
Gather Documents
Collect all required documents listed above. Ensure transcripts are official copies and all documents are current and legible.
Submit Application
Complete and submit your application form along with all required documents and the application fee during the published admission window.
Interview
Qualified applicants will be invited for an in-person or video conference interview with BFC admissions staff to discuss your goals and suitability.
Acceptance
Successful applicants will receive an offer of admission with instructions on how to confirm their seat and prepare for the program start date.
