CANPASS - Private Aircraft
Brampton-Caledon Airport (CNC3) is a designated CANPASS airport for private aircraft. The CANPASS-Private Aircraft program provides expedited customs and immigration clearance for travellers arriving in Canada by private aircraft from the United States and other international destinations.
About the Program
CANPASS-Private Aircraft is a Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) program that allows pre-approved, low-risk travellers to receive expedited clearance when arriving in Canada aboard a private aircraft. Members benefit from simplified reporting procedures and reduced processing times.
Advance Notification Required
CANPASS members must notify CBSA between 2 and 48 hours before arrival at CNC3. A maximum of 15 aircraft occupants are permitted per arrival.
Eligibility Requirements
- Canadian citizens or permanent residents
- United States citizens or permanent resident aliens
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of residence in Canada or the United States
- No criminal record
- No customs seizures in the past 5 years
