Organization & Governance
The Brampton Flying Club is a not-for-profit corporation governed by an elected Board of Directors. The Board provides strategic direction and oversight, ensuring that the club continues to serve its members and the broader aviation community with excellence. Members elect the Board at the Annual General Meeting.

The Board of Directors is composed of dedicated volunteers who are active members of the flying club. They bring a wide range of professional and aviation experience to the governance of BFC.

Organizational Structure
The Brampton Flying Club operates several integrated divisions that work together to provide a complete aviation experience for members:
Flight Training
Transport Canada approved flight school offering PPL, CPL, and advanced ratings. Registered career college offering IATPL and College programs.
Maintenance
TC-approved maintenance organization and authorized Cessna Service Centre. Annual inspections for all makes and models.
Airport Operations
Fuel services, flight line and FBO operations, hangar and tie-down management, and general airport administration.
Pilot Shop
Humphrey's Pilot Shop provides aviation supplies, gifts, study materials, and gear for pilots of all levels.
Restaurant
The BFC Restaurant-Cafe serves breakfast and lunch daily, with patio seating overlooking the runway.
Safety
A comprehensive Safety Management System (SMS) with non-punitive occurrence reporting and a dedicated safety officer.
